BACOLOD CITY- Arestado ang isa ka retired police kaso nga rape kag acts of lasciviousness sa Block 50, Lot 18, Deca Homes South, Barangay Cabug, Bacolod City, las-6:25, May 31, 2024.
Ginkilala ang suspek nga si former SPO3 Eduardo Gacad, 78-anyos kag residente sang nasambit nga lugar.
Si Gacad ang ginserbehan sang warrant of arrest sa 13 Counts of Rape and Acts of Lasciviousness. Pirmado ni Honorable Georgina D. Hidalgo, RTC Branch 68, Lingayen Pangasinan ang warrant of arrest batok sa retired police.
Wala naman sang pyansa nga gintalana ang korte para sa temporaryo nga kahilwayan sini.
